4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Only one account per user is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

1. Fraudulent Behavior: Using bots, proxies, or scripts to manipulate clicks, views, or earnings.
2. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform features.
3. Content Violations: Uploading or transmitting any content that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal.
4. Interference: Engaging in activities that disrupt the platform’s functionality, including introducing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
5. Resale: Selling, leasing, or transferring account access or features without explicit authorization from Instabates.com.

4.3 Compliance with Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using the platform.

5. Payment and Withdrawals

5.1 Viewer Earnings

• Viewers earn money by completing eligible actions, such as watching advertisements or participating in surveys.
• Earnings are subject to verification and may be adjusted for suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2 Minimum Payout Threshold

Instabates.com does not guarantee specific results, such as the number of clicks, views, or conversions. Advertisers agree to accept the performance of their campaigns as delivered by the platform.

6.3 Refunds

All purchases of advertising credits or plans are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Instabates.com are the exclusive property of Instabates.com or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instabates.com disclaims liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays caused by third-party services or force majeure events.
